Part Two
In my last blog post, I wrote about exploring your family inheritances and cleaning your bloodline. In today’s post I would like to continue delving into the theme of blood and sharing a few easy practices for cleaning your actual blood.

If you are ready, here we go! Please note: if you have any medical issues or health concerns please consult your doctor. These techniques listed below are there to open the doors to possible alternatives for inviting more health into your life.

  1. Oxygen therapy: Our bodies love breathing and do it naturally all day long, which is great news because breathing oxygenates the blood, and oxygen is a natural destroyer of harmful bacteria, pathogens and viruses. Oxygenating the blood through breathing exercises increases the amount of oxygen available in the blood to create health in the body.

Breathing deeply or incorporating specific breathing exercises into your daily life can vastly improve your overall health.  I have shared some favourite breathing exercises here in a previous post, but want to add this little number for your immediate breathing pleasure.

Find a comfortable position to sit in. Quiet your body and mind for a few minutes. Now begin to become aware of your breath. Just observe. You don’t have to breathe deeply or expand your lungs. Watch and listen to your breath. Feel your chest rising and falling. Allow yourself to have an open mind to learn about your breath. As you continue with this exercise, you may notice that you pause between breaths. That is perfectly fine. We pause between breaths. These pauses are my favourite part of the breathing exercises because they feel unlimited and I feel like I could dive deeper and deeper into the quiet that comes with them.

Do this little exercise for a few minutes and make a note of any changes in the quality of your thoughts or being.  I would highly recommend this exercise upon waking and before going to sleep. If you feel daring, commit to doing this for a month. See what happens.

If you’re interested, you can purchase oxygen in a stabilized form to add to your drink or just sniff a couple of drops at a time to boost your blood!

  1. Visualization: Imagine a shower of the brightest, whitest light whooshing through your blood, cleansing and energizing your body and being. You can sit to do this exercise or imagine it whilst at the office or at yoga, anywhere works.
  1. Ultraviolet Photoluminescence (UVP): This therapy uses  light energy (photons) to illuminate and irradiate the  blood. I get these treatments regularly myself. A small amount of blood is taken out of your body (just like they do for blood tests) and then passed through a UV laser before being returned into the body. My body experienced a huge burn trauma a few years ago and this is one of the therapies I use to keep my body infection-free and for building my very depressed immune system. If you would like more information, check it out here.
  1. Ozone (O): Used to treat infections, wounds and multiple diseases, O3‘s effectiveness has been well-documented. Ozone is known to treat as many as 114 diseases. Medical O is used to disinfect and to treat disease. It is used to destroy bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast and protozoa, and boost the immune system. Again, I have had treatments of Ozone therapy to support my body’s healing.

You can also use ozone generators to clean the air at home or in your office. Breathe deeply and fill your body with ozone infused air.

More info on all things ozone here.

  1. Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide: I want to include food grade (it has to be food grade!) hydrogen peroxide in this list. Hydrogen peroxide has long been used to clean wounds and rebalance diseased bodies. Hydrogen peroxide is water with an extra oxygen molecule which bacteria do not like. So, adding this to a list of blood cleaners is a no-brainer.

I would highly recommend that you research this topic thoroughly before using any of these therapies. The 1 Minute Cure by Madison Cavanaugh is an informative and instructive resource.

I am providing the above list for you to use at your discretion. It is an invitation to explore alternatives that are available for many ailments that cross our collective paths. There is a happy medium that allows bacteria, viruses and pathogens to co-exist within our bodies and the keys to creating that happy existence are oxygen and blood.

Cleaning your blood using your consciousness and the techniques listed above allows us to stay ahead of the curve in healthy, happy bodies.
