Be a visionary. In your daily life, see the bigger picture. It can be hard to remember in day-to-day practices and struggles that what we’re suffering through isn’t as hopeless as we may believe. Zoom out and reach for opportunities and wisdom within and around you. You are not as small as you feel, you have the answers.
Connect to your Higher Self – your inner voice. Commit to discovering and listening to your inner voice. You can start small; for example, ask your Higher Self: what shall I wear today? Wear whatever your Higher Self tells you. See what happens! Gradually, moving towards more important questions and decisions. Remember the higher self is the intuitive essence of the soul–so will always guide you to the highest good for your dreams, goals and soul’s growth.
Choose good fortune. Consider the possibility that the universe wants to give to you, that perhaps it owes you some good juju for all the good you have accumulated over time. Fortune is what you choose – open your mind, heart, consciousness to receive from the universe!
Throughout a lifetime of work in the field of spirituality, Ms. Griscom has inspired and touched millions across the globe. Her humanitarian services and contributions in holistic health and education have been recognized throughout the world. Most recently, Ms. Griscom traveled to Rajasthan, India to receive the “International Swami Vivekanad World Peace Award 2010,” presented by the Prahari Organization for Inspiration and Global Peace. She has been recognized four times by The Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, based in Calcutta, India. The Board awarded Ms. Griscom with the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Sewa Chakra Award, whose past recipients include the late Mother Teresa and the Dalai Lama. Upon traveling to Calcutta, India in 2009 and 2010, Ms Chris Griscom was presented with the International Healing Award for Excellence in a Lifetime of Service to Humanity. She was the only woman and the only United States citizen to receive this award. The IBAM further honored Ms. Griscom by bestowing upon her the title Mahatma, meaning, “Great Soul.”
Contributing locally, Ms. Griscom was instrumental in the passing of the Peace Memorial for the State of New Mexico. She has also been nominated for the prestigious Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion Award by a United States Senator and Congressman.
Ms. Griscom was opened to the awareness of our eternal Soul through her profound experiences of life and death during nine years in the Peace Corps. As a result of a life-changing spiritual experience, she founded the church of The Sanctuary of Light and The Nizhoni College of Divinity, along with The Nizhoni School for Global Consciousness. She also founded The Light Institute of Galisteo, an internationally acclaimed spiritual healing center in Galisteo, New Mexico. Ms. Griscom is a world-renowned authority on reincarnation and teaches about the Soul’s evolution through embodiment.
